Why accounts get locked

Verification belongs right after the first login
Bonuses are only for fully verified players, and payouts wait for KYC anyway. Upload ID and proof of address in the account section as soon as you have registered. Questions players ask
I cannot log in although my password is correct. What now?
First check that you are on the right domain and not on a copy site. Then clear the browser cache or try a private window. If the login still fails, the account may be suspended for a check, for example after a payout request or a document review. In that case only support can help, and asking in the live chat with your registered email is faster than repeated login attempts, which can trigger a temporary lock.
Can I log in from abroad?
