Lucky Trunk Withdrawals: Payout Methods, Times and KYC
Five players sent their payout stories with method, amount and time. The fastest was four hours, the slowest three business days, and nobody mentioned fees. A second set of reports is darker. Here is how a payout works at Lucky Trunk, what slowed people down, and what I would do before pressing the button.
How a payout request works
Open the cashier, choose withdraw, select a method and the amount. The request first goes into a pending state while the casino checks wagering, bonus status and documents. After approval the provider takes over: e-wallets and instant bank services are usually same day, cards and classic bank transfers take longer.
If a bonus is still active, a withdrawal can cancel it. The terms say the bonus , its winnings and the wagered amount are then deducted. Finish or deliberately cancel the bonus before requesting money.
Times from the reports
Sabine from Hamburg had €280 through Trustly in 4 hours. Markus got €340 via Skrill in 26 hours. Jens waited 48 hours for €120 on Neteller, Petra three days for €90 on Visa, and Thomas three business days for a bank transfer from a €950 balance. All mention no problems, and Markus explicitly no fees.
- Instant bank services fastest in the reports
- E-wallets around one to two days
- Cards and bank transfer around three days
A payout is only fast if the paperwork was finished before you needed it.
How long payouts took in the reports I received
Five players sent me their payout times. These are their numbers, not a promise from the casino.
| Player | Method | Amount | Time to account |
|---|---|---|---|
| Markus, Munich | Skrill | €340 balance | 26 hours |
| Sabine, Hamburg | Trustly | €280 balance | 4 hours |
| Thomas, Berlin | Bank transfer | €950 balance | 3 business days |
| Petra, Cologne | Visa | €90 | 3 days |
| Jens, Stuttgart | Neteller | €120 | 48 hours |
When it went wrong
The other set of reports includes a five day wait after KYC with only 'being processed' from chat, a rejection citing bonus terms the player says he never accepted, and a lock after an alleged VPN. I cannot check these accounts, and they come from the same names as the positive ones, which tells me the site owner collected contrasting experiences on purpose. They belong here anyway, because they show which points to secure: verified documents, no active bonus by accident, normal location.
Methods in the cashier
The footer lists Visa, Mastercard, Neosurf, MiFinity, Flexepin, Cashlib and two bank payment services. Neosurf, Flexepin and Cashlib are prepaid vouchers, which work for deposits but generally not for payouts, so you need a second method for withdrawals. Players also report Skrill, Trustly and Neteller payouts, which depend on your country.
Payout reports by method
“Mostly played Book of Dead and Gates of Olympus, €1 to €2 spins. After about 2 hours €340 in the account. Requested a payout via Skrill. KYC was already done. Money arrived after 26 hours. No fees. Went smoothly.”
“Sweet Bonanza and Crazy Time in the live casino. Slots ran cold, but Crazy Time saved it, 50x on a €5 round. Balance €280. Requested a payout via Trustly. After 4 hours the money was in my account. Faster than expected.”
“Big Bass Bonanza, €1 spins. Bonus after 40 minutes, 65x. Then Lightning Roulette, €5 on one number, lightning hit, 180x. €950 balance. Requested a bank transfer. Took 3 business days. No problems, but slow.”
“Only Book of Ra and Sizzling Hot, €1 spins. Small wins, nothing big. €90 paid out via Visa. Took 3 days. Support was friendly. Not the fastest payout, but honest. I did not use the bonus.”
“Gates of Olympus and Live Blackjack. Slots minus €50, blackjack plus €80. In the end €120 paid out via Neteller. Took 48 hours. The bonus with 40x wagering is a trap, I let it expire. The payout itself was okay.”
Reports about blocked or delayed payouts
“I deposited with a bonus here and reached €860 after meeting the wagering. Requested a withdrawal. The next day my account was locked. Supposedly I used a VPN. I never did. All winnings gone. Stay away from this place.”
“First deposit €50, played it up to €340 on Gates of Olympus. Requested a €300 withdrawal. Did the KYC, sent everything. After 5 days still nothing. Chat only says 'being processed'. Never again.”
“Only played with my own money, no bonus. Got up to €1200 on Sweet Bonanza. Requested a withdrawal. It was rejected with reference to bonus terms I never accepted. Money is gone. Support no longer answers.”
“Small play, small payout. Requested €80, arrived after 3 days. Not fast, but honest. The bonus has 40x wagering, that is steep. I did not use it. Fine for small amounts, for large ones I would go elsewhere.”
“Withdrew €200, took 4 days. Support was friendly, but that did not help. The bonus terms are a trap, 40x wagering in a short time. Lost my bonus. My fault, should have read.”

Questions players ask
How long does a Lucky Trunk withdrawal take?
In the five payout reports we received it ranged from 4 hours with Trustly to three business days with bank transfer. Skrill took 26 hours, Neteller 48 hours and Visa three days. In every fast case the player had finished KYC before requesting. One player in another report waited five days after sending documents at the time of the request.
Are there withdrawal fees?
None of the players reported a fee, and Markus explicitly wrote that there were none for his Skrill payout. Your bank or e-wallet may still charge for currency conversion if your account is not in euro. Check the cashier when you request: if a fee applies, it should be shown before you confirm.
Why was my payout rejected?
The common reasons are an active bonus with wagering not finished, a bet that broke a bonus rule such as more than €5 per spin, missing or mismatching documents, or a payout method different from the deposit method. Ask support for the exact clause. If you believe the decision is wrong, request a written explanation, and if that does not help, contact the licensing authority shown in the footer.
Can I withdraw to a prepaid voucher?
Generally not. Neosurf, Flexepin and Cashlib are deposit only methods. If you deposited with a voucher, the casino will ask for a bank account or e-wallet for the payout, and it may need extra verification to confirm that account belongs to you. Set that up before you need the money.
Do I have to withdraw to the method I deposited with?
Most licensed casinos send payouts back to the deposit method where possible, as an anti money laundering rule. If you deposited with a card, the payout often goes back to that card. When this is not possible, for example with vouchers, an alternative is used after checks. Using one method for both directions keeps things simple.
What documents does Lucky Trunk ask for?
Expect a photo ID such as a passport or ID card, a proof of address not older than three months, and sometimes proof of the payment method, for example a card photo with the middle digits covered. For larger sums a source of funds question can follow. Upload everything right after registration, so the first payout is not waiting on paperwork.
Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Many casinos allow reversing a pending payout back to the balance. It is tempting, especially after a good session, but it is also the most common way to lose the money again. If you have decided to cash out, let the request run. Set a payout target before you play and stick to it.
What should I do if my payout is stuck for days?
Collect your evidence: request date, amount, method, and copies of your documents. Ask support in writing for the status and the expected date. Keep messages calm and factual. If several days pass without a clear answer, file a complaint with the casino's complaints process and then with the licensing authority named in the footer. Avoid opening chargebacks before that, as it usually freezes the account.

Bonus terms editor
I write under the name Nils Arvidsen. My job here is narrow: I read the Lucky Trunk terms clause by clause, run the numbers and put them next to what real players told the site owner. When a player report and the rules disagree, I show both and say which one I would plan around.
