Lucky Trunk Player Reports: Sessions, Payouts and Complaints

Nils Arvidsen, Bonus terms editor
Nils Arvidsen Bonus terms editor Terms checked 3 October 2026

Fifteen reports from five players, sent to the site owner in three rounds: their sessions, their payouts, and what went wrong. The same names appear in each round, so read them as a range of experiences rather than a single verdict. I put them next to the rules so you can see where a complaint and a clause meet.

What the play sessions show

The session reports are specific: game, stake, time to bonus, multiplier, balance. Thomas hit 82x on Sweet Bonanza after 40 minutes, then 200x on Lightning Roulette for €1000. Sabine ran €60 down on Gates of Olympus and recovered with Mega Ball and a football bet at odds 1.65. Jens lost €80 on Big Bass Bonanza, won €40 at blackjack and lost a Dortmund bet at 2.10.

These are normal casino results. Big multipliers happen, cold runs happen more often. Nothing in them is unusual for the games named.

Where the complaints touch the rules

Markus says his account was locked for VPN use after reaching €860 with a bonus. The terms allow closure for rule breaches, and location mismatches are a frequent trigger. Thomas says his payout was refused over bonus terms he never accepted; if a bonus was activated by default at deposit, that would explain the clash, so always check the drop down. Sabine waited five days after KYC, which is long but not unusual for a first verification.

  • Select or deselect the bonus consciously at every deposit
  • Finish KYC before the first payout
  • Play from your registered country only
When a happy report and an angry one carry the same name, the useful part is the detail in between.

Reports about blocked or delayed payouts

“I deposited with a bonus here and reached €860 after meeting the wagering. Requested a withdrawal. The next day my account was locked. Supposedly I used a VPN. I never did. All winnings gone. Stay away from this place.”

Markus, 34, Munich Translated from German

“First deposit €50, played it up to €340 on Gates of Olympus. Requested a €300 withdrawal. Did the KYC, sent everything. After 5 days still nothing. Chat only says 'being processed'. Never again.”

Sabine, 41, Hamburg Translated from German

“Only played with my own money, no bonus. Got up to €1200 on Sweet Bonanza. Requested a withdrawal. It was rejected with reference to bonus terms I never accepted. Money is gone. Support no longer answers.”

Thomas, 29, Berlin Translated from German

“Small play, small payout. Requested €80, arrived after 3 days. Not fast, but honest. The bonus has 40x wagering, that is steep. I did not use it. Fine for small amounts, for large ones I would go elsewhere.”

Petra, 52, Cologne Translated from German

“Withdrew €200, took 4 days. Support was friendly, but that did not help. The bonus terms are a trap, 40x wagering in a short time. Lost my bonus. My fault, should have read.”

The 40x question

Four of five players mention 40x wagering. The current welcome page says 30x on deposit plus bonus. Either they played an older offer or a different one. For you that means one thing: read the terms on the offer in your cashier on the day you deposit, not a number from a review.

How I read these reports

I do not treat them as proof. I treat them as a checklist of what can go right or wrong. The payout times are consistent across the positive set. The negative set describes the classic dispute types. Together they give a fairer picture than either alone, and they are the reason the bonus and payout guides on this site focus so much on preparation.

What a bet really counts toward wagering

Not every game clears the bonus at the same speed. Enter a stake total and the game type.

Counts toward wagering 100.00 €
Excluded slot titles count 0% even though they are slots. The list sits in section 1.5 of the casino bonus terms. [2]

Sessions players reported

“Played Book of Dead, €1 spins. After 25 minutes three scatters, the free spins paid 60x. Then over to Crazy Time in the live casino. €5 per round, a Top Slot paid 45x. Balance at €420. Requested a €300 withdrawal, KYC already done. Money was in my account the next day. No problems.”

Markus, 34, Munich Translated from German

“I mostly play Gates of Olympus, €2 spins. Ran cold, minus €60. Then switched to Mega Ball in the live casino. €2 per card, hit three numbers, 35x. Then bet on Bayern in Sports, €20 on a win. Odds 1.65. Won. Withdrawal €150, took 2 days.”

Sabine, 41, Hamburg Translated from German

“Sweet Bonanza with €1 spins. Bonus after 40 minutes, 82x. Then Lightning Roulette in the live casino, €5 on one number. Lightning hit, 200x. €1000 in the account. Requested a withdrawal. The money was there after 48 hours. But the bonus terms are tough, 40x wagering.”

Thomas, 29, Berlin Translated from German

“I only play Book of Ra and Sizzling Hot, €1 spins. Small wins, nothing big. Withdrew €80, took 3 days. Support was friendly when I asked. Not the fastest payout, but honest. I did not use the bonus, the terms are too complicated for me.”

Petra, 52, Cologne Translated from German

“Big Bass Bonanza, €1 spins. Played two hours, minus €80. Then Live Blackjack, €10 per hand. Won two hands, plus €40. In Sports put €30 on Dortmund, odds 2.10. Lost. In the end withdrew €50. Everything worked, but the bonus with 40x wagering is a trap.”

Payout reports by method

“Mostly played Book of Dead and Gates of Olympus, €1 to €2 spins. After about 2 hours €340 in the account. Requested a payout via Skrill. KYC was already done. Money arrived after 26 hours. No fees. Went smoothly.”

Markus, 34, Munich Translated from German

“Sweet Bonanza and Crazy Time in the live casino. Slots ran cold, but Crazy Time saved it, 50x on a €5 round. Balance €280. Requested a payout via Trustly. After 4 hours the money was in my account. Faster than expected.”

Sabine, 41, Hamburg Translated from German

“Big Bass Bonanza, €1 spins. Bonus after 40 minutes, 65x. Then Lightning Roulette, €5 on one number, lightning hit, 180x. €950 balance. Requested a bank transfer. Took 3 business days. No problems, but slow.”

Thomas, 29, Berlin Translated from German

“Only Book of Ra and Sizzling Hot, €1 spins. Small wins, nothing big. €90 paid out via Visa. Took 3 days. Support was friendly. Not the fastest payout, but honest. I did not use the bonus.”

Petra, 52, Cologne Translated from German

“Gates of Olympus and Live Blackjack. Slots minus €50, blackjack plus €80. In the end €120 paid out via Neteller. Took 48 hours. The bonus with 40x wagering is a trap, I let it expire. The payout itself was okay.”

Questions players ask

Are these reports real?

They were supplied by the site owner as accounts from players and are shown word for word, translated from German on this English page. I cannot verify each person or transaction. That is why I show both positive and negative reports with the same weight, and compare them with the published rules instead of building a rating on them.

Why do the same names appear with opposite experiences?

The reports came in three thematic rounds: sessions, payouts and problems. The names repeat across rounds. Read them as different experience types rather than one person's consistent history. The useful information is in the details: which method, how long, what reason was given.

Is Lucky Trunk a scam?

Nothing I found proves that. The site shows an MGA logo, publishes detailed bonus rules and players report payouts from four hours to three days. There are also reports of a locked account, a long wait and a rejected payout. These are common dispute types in online casinos. Protect yourself with verified documents, no accidental bonus and play from your home country.

What is the most common complaint?

In our reports it is the bonus: several players call 40x wagering a trap or too complicated, and one says a payout was refused over bonus terms. The second theme is time: a five day pending period. Both are avoidable to some degree by playing without a bonus or reading the terms first, and by verifying early.

How can I submit my own experience?

If you have played at Lucky Trunk, send the details: date, game, stake, method, amounts and times. Specific numbers make a report useful for other players. We do not publish reports that cannot be tied to a real session, and we do not edit them to sound better or worse.

What should I do if my account was frozen?

Ask support in writing for the reason and the exact clause. Provide any documents they request. Do not open a new account and do not use a VPN to access the old one. If the explanation does not satisfy you, use the casino's complaint procedure and then the regulator named in the footer. Keep screenshots of your balance and messages.

Did any player report fast payouts?

Yes. Sabine received €280 via Trustly in 4 hours, Markus €340 via Skrill in 26 hours and €300 the next day in another session. Thomas received €1000 within 48 hours. The common thread is finished KYC before the request.

Should I trust star ratings on review sites?

Treat them carefully. Ratings mix very different experiences, and angry players write more often than satisfied ones. Look for reports with concrete numbers, check whether the complaint is about a rule you can avoid, and read the casino terms yourself. A rating cannot tell you whether a payout will be fast for you; your documents and your bonus choice can.

Bonus terms editor

I write under the name Nils Arvidsen. My job here is narrow: I read the Lucky Trunk terms clause by clause, run the numbers and put them next to what real players told the site owner. When a player report and the rules disagree, I show both and say which one I would plan around.
